Halogen free Flame Retardant for Polypropylene-P200B
IFR-P200B mainly contains N and P, is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant for polyolefin.
It was developed especially for various PP products, and can be used in other polyolefin products as well. With acid source, gas source and carbon source, IFR-P200B takes effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism. PP with IFR-P200B can pass the tests of UL94 V-0 (1.5mm), 70℃×168 hrs water-immersion (UL746C); besides, it can also pass the tests of GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃.
Moreover, it is free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU approved by the EU and the Council. The products with IFR-P200B have the characteristics as low density, lower smoke generation, less mold corrosion and low price.
