Introduction:
FR-119 is an acrylic polymer emulsion specially developed for waterborne fireproof paint. It has many characteristics that ordinary acrylic emulsion does not possess. Many experiments applied to intumescent fireproof paint show that it has a very good matching with intumescent fireproof system. After combustion, the coating forms a relatively soft and dense carbon layer, showing good fire resistance and heat insulation. At the same time, the fireproof paint also shows excellent water resistance, weather resistance and storage stability. It is very suitable to the base material of waterborne fireproof paint for steel structure and decorative fireproof paint.
Product Characteristics:
1. Thermal plasticity is much better than ordinary acrylic emulsion, which will not affect the activity of flame retardant. The fireproof paint will not cause carbon layer hardening and embrittlement during combustion.
2. It is applied to fireproof paint, and its foaming expansion state after combustion is better than that of ordinary acrylic emulsion.
3. Based on the proper formulation of fireproof paint, carbon layer with good strength and compactness can be formed after combustion.
4. It has good water resistance, weather resistance and storage stability.
Application:
This product is very suitable for intumescent steel structure fireproof coating, decorative fireproof paint, textile fireproof coating, as well as water-based interior and exterior wall paint, waterproof paint, adhesive products, etc.
